In the year 2008 the company constitution was changed to become a Pvt Ltd Company. New Business initiatives like Riverbed Technologies, Enterasys, etc. and all direct businesses are a part of Kalyani.
Kalyani Informix Pvt Ltd deals with products from entry level switches to high end chassis based solutions. Enterasys is into High end Network Solutions. Most of the high end IT setups opt for Enterasys based Solutions. Riverbed is into Wide Area Accelerator Solutions. These Solutions help the set-up to get amazing performance on networks.
