The scope of our work:
1. Fault Management Support
- Solving problems in login.
- Handling Problems in Printing.
- Handling PC start-ups/ connection to network.
- Fine Tuning.
- Removing bottlenecks by providing right solutions.

2. LAN Management Support
- NOS Configuration, Troubleshooting, diagnosing and rectification of network hardware related complications.
- Identifying defective network components.
- Configuration of Printers in a stand alone and networked environments with sharing/ queuing.
- Handling LAN & WAN connectivity related problems and its resolutions.
- Structured cabling management and ensuring proper maintenance of its sub-systems.
- Installation/ Updating of drivers for Network Interface Cards and server configuration as per requirements.
- Passive component fault isolation in case of network connectivity failures. In short all connectivity related issues would be addressed to ensure minimal downtime of the network.
- Maintaining up-to-date list of IP addresses, PUIDS in use as per customer prescribed format.
- Monitoring Network traffic errors/ bandwidth utilisation/ link reliability if in the scope of IT.
- Testing & installation of O/S.
- Monitoring LAN/WAN resources.
- Streaming network printing.
- Ensuring the connection to authorised users when required.

3. System Administration
- Installation/ Up-dation of patches as per requirements.
- User Management Services which include user creation and allocation of rights with the consent of the customer.
- Creation of user account.
- Allocation of space for the users.
- Creation/ Deletion of users from time to time on instructions of the designated personnel.
- Creation/ Deletion of works groups and Maintenance of user database and up-gradation of the same.
- Addressing user related problems not specific to hardware/ software.
- Configuration of Printers in a standalone and Networked environments with sharing/ queuing.
- Loading of appropriate drivers and utilities for different operating systems.
- Device Management involving handling and health check of other IT devices like Modems, Scanners etc. and co-ordinating with customers to ensure functionality.
- Disk Management involving allocating proper disk space to various users/ applications in consultation with the IT group.
- Add/Purge old/unwanted data for effective utilization of the disk space.
- Constant Health Monitoring of Disks by using appropriate Disk utilities to avoid/detect failures in advance.
- Identification of network usage on a regular basis identifying serious bottlenecks.
- Analysis & fine tuning of network.
- Network Performance/ utilisation statistics (LAN/WAN).
- Print Server Management.
- Fault Tolerance.
- Network Asset Control.
- Documentation of network diagrams ,configuration.
- Co-ordination with Third Party Vendors for satisfactory LAN/WAN performance.
- Providing Technical assistance for Network enhancement.
- Taking responsibility for uptime of links network installation, support on Modems & dial up Networking if in the scope of IT department.

D4. Cabling Support
- Maintenance of cable associated problems for Data as well as Voice.
- Network at reasonable costs.
- Re-patching data/ voice cords on a need basis.
- Site certification using best of tools in the market place.
