Our business model is based on a three-tier structure, where, Professional Services, Enterprise Solutions & Hardware form the basic revenue heads.
Support Structure: We have Engineers all over India at major metros including Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Nasik, Goa. All Resident Engineers at these locations are responsible for the complete support functionality in the areas of maintenance, facility management, warranty and installations support.
The technical support is a back-end group having various skill-sets in the areas of Networking - LAN/WAN operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Novell, and Windows), Windows TSE solutions, implementing clusters (Active/Active, Active/Passive) storage and high availability. This resource is the back-bone of the company’s operations and constitutes professionals who are CCNA’s, MCSE’s, CNE’s, Compaq, Lucent and Krone integrators and such specialists.
The customer support group and the technical support group work in conjunction with each other. These resources may not necessarily be a branch resource but they are definitely an organization's resource. In addition, we also have a team of well-qualified in-house engineers for our test and repair activity. These engineers have skills for printer repairs, motherboard repairs, HDD & FDD repairs & alignments, monitors and SMPS.
