The scope of our work:
1. Fault Management
- Rectification and re-installation of standard software application in the event of malfunction.
- Identification of the cause for problems in printing and update drivers whenever required, and contacting the vendor concerned for Hardware failures.
- Transfer of data.
- Identification of Software failure.
- Support for Windows registry recovery/ updates.
- Re-configuration of applications in case of crash/ reformatting and re-loading of applications already existing in the respective PCs.
- Assistance in porting the backup data to ascertain complete operational system recovery.
- Data corruption/ loss recovery.
- Installation/ Implementation of different patches/ upgrades. These updates need to be subscribed to by the customer, from the software manufacturers. Else the updates which are available on the internet will be implemented periodically.
- Implementing changes in de-installation drivers/ fixes as and when required.
- Re-installation of application suites/ operating systems as and when required.
2. Other Services
- Consultancy and Advisory services regarding software solutions in the organization.
- Creating user accounts with defined access, rights & privileges.
